Coping With Pain

I enjoyed this blog post from Maureen Pratt on non-medical ways to deal with chronic pain.

These tips sound pretty good. In fact, I’ve used all 10 of her tools to get past some sort of physical or mental difficulty in the past year alone. Each of her ideas work.

Still, when the average person is in pain, telling him or her to “Live in the Light” might get you smacked.
