Eat Celery, Calm Down

Eating celery helps with stress.

I don’t remember where I heard that, but I’ve found it to be true. Maybe the crunching dissolves tension in the face and neck.

The water and fiber work wonders on the digestion.

And unlike cake, meat, candy, cheese, or most of my other favorite foods, eating large quantities of celery won’t put you into a coma.

It also makes your breath smell like celery, which isn’t so bad, considering some of the alternatives.
