Undecided Voters

The Democratic National Convention is a huge deal right now. Barack Obama has a slight lead over John McCain, they say, and the “undecideds” are going to decide it come November.

How could anyone genuinely be undecided about who they’re going to vote for this time around? There’s no viable 3rd party option. The candidates have been running for over a year now; you mean to tell me some people haven’t had enough time to make up their minds yet? There are voters who pollsters can’t reach, and there are people who aren’t willing to say who they’re voting for, but is anyone really undecided at this point? I don’t see how it’s possible, frankly.

  1. Seth,

as you said about mine i say about yours. How can anyone be undecided unless they are grappling with their biases which aren’t allowing them to make the correct decision because the logical most humane choice of the two candidates and parties is….well, we already know who that is. his wife put it so right last night in her speech written not by the writers but by the speaker. Odd in a time of spin doctors that she would have her own voice with her own passion.

there is no fence to hide upon here…you must choose.
